Australian Finance Group has wrapped its annual nationwide AFG Broker Awards series, following ceremonies in Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.
AFG has recognised the outstanding achievements of its broker network through a nationwide awards series held across Australia’s capital cities, concluding with the NSW/ACT AFG Broker Awards in Sydney.
The annual events celebrated excellence across a range of categories, including top broker groups, leading individual brokers, loan administrators, industry and community contributors, and recipients of the AFG Women on the Move Scholarship. The series also recognised lender partners through awards voted on by AFG brokers.
AFG, Chief Distribution and Marketing Officer, Them Lam said, “Our broker network continues to set the benchmark for excellence across the industry, helping Australians navigate increasingly complex lending decisions while delivering exceptional client outcomes.”
From established broker businesses to emerging talent and community leaders, the awards recognised the individuals and businesses making a positive contribution to their clients, communities and the broader broker industry. In particular, the Champion Broker and Champion Group awards recognise the highest-performing individuals and brokerages in each state. This year’s winners include:

The events brought together brokers, lender partners and industry representatives from across the country to celebrate the strength of the broker channel and the important role it plays in supporting competition and consumer choice.

The AFG Broker Awards program will culminate at AFG Next, AFG’s national conference, from 9-12 November, where national awards including Asset Finance Broker Group of the Year, Commercial Broker Group of the Year, AFG Champion Broker Group and The Bradley McGougan Memorial Award for AFG Champion Broker 2026 will be presented.
