AFG expands white label business in partnership with Pepper Money

Australian Finance Group Ltd (ASX:AFG) has expanded its product line, with the introduction of commercial products including SMSF as part of its long-standing partnership with Pepper Money

The expansion gives AFG brokers access to a wider range of lending solutions under the AFG Home & Commercial Loans Options (AFGHL Options) brand, enabling them to have broader conversations with customers and service more of their lending needs. The AFGHL Options product suite now encompasses commercial products across full-doc and lo-doc scenarios, prime and nearprime borrowers, and SMSF lending secured by commercial property only.

The move strengthens AFG’s white-label partnership with Pepper Money and reflects the continued evolution of AFGHL Options from a residential-led lending proposition to a broader home and commercial product suite.

The expansion comes as brokers look to diversify their businesses and support customers whose lending needs extend beyond standard residential loans. Recent government changes focused primarily on SMSF residential securities are expected to increase demand for commercial lending products, as customers look to alternative asset classes, including commercial property.

With AFGHL Options now covering a wider range of commercial scenarios, the expanded suite puts brokers in a stronger position to respond to heightened customer and broker enquiry.

Near-prime commercial lending is a key area of the expanded product suite, with Pepper Money bringing specialist credit capability to a segment where options have traditionally been more limited for brokers and customers.
