Australian Finance Group Ltd (ASX: AFG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Gravestock to the role of Chief People Officer.
Ms Gravestock joins AFG from the private sector, most recently consulting in people advisory and strategy, and leading people and culture for the region at Xero. A qualified and experienced leader, Ms Gravestock comes to AFG with more than 20 years’ experience with high growth public companies, and consulting to clients nationally and globally with Booz & Co. and PwC.
Ms Gravestock holds degrees from the University of Melbourne and La Trobe University, and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
AFG Chief Executive Officer David Bailey welcomed Ms Gravestock to the role. “I am delighted to welcome Rebecca to AFG. She is a highly accomplished and strategic people leader with a wealth of knowledge and experience that will add value to AFG’s business and employees.”

Ms Gravestock joins the AFG executive team this week and will be based in the company’s Melbourne office. “AFG has more than 60 staff on the east coast so having another key member of our executive team on the eastern seaboard will be a strong advantage,” said Mr Bailey.
