The Salesperson
The strengths of this type are:
- A natural-born salesperson
- Brilliant at generating leads
- Charismatic
- A great talker
- Has a strong revenue
The weaknesses of this type are:
- They are disorganised
- Poor systems and processes
- They play it fast and loose on compliance
- Poor post-sales communication
- Their average profit
- Poor attention to detail
The Technician
The strengths of this type are:
- They are process driven
- They are organised
- Technically strong
- A sound revenue and profit
The weaknesses of this type are:
- Poor sales skills
- Poor marketing skills
- Introverted
- Unwilling to ask clients for referrals
- Trust and control issues (can be difficult to work with)
- Neutral communicator (can be difficult to read)
The Caretaker
The strengths of this type are:
- They are good listeners
- They love people
- People love them
- They enjoy regular communication
- Average revenue
The weaknesses of this type are:
- Inefficient
- Unproductive
- Difficulty giving bad news
- Overly friendly with clients
- Poor profit
